Pet care experience
I’ve cared for dogs since I was in elementary school, my puppy Asher now is very high energy and anxious, he has medication he has to take every day. With these experiences, I’ve learned a lot about coaxing dogs into taking meds, being sensitive to every dogs anxiety provoking triggers, and how to provide activities and play to comfort them in any scenario.

We loved having Dakota care for our furr baby! She sent us daily messages and updates. Our little guy has a difficult transition the first night we’re away and Dakota helped comfort him through the night. She was great and we will definitely have her watch our pup again!

Dakota will spoil your four legged friends and you! Providing regular check ins, asking questions when things come up and even getting the laundry mostly done before leaving. She is incredibly warm, kind and attentive.
Dakota did such a great job with our energetic pup (and cat!) She sent us so many great photos so we knew our fur babies were in good hands and she left the house in perfect condition. We will be using her again! Thank you, Dakota!

Ahead of time it’s really important for me to know of any allergies, medications, specific behaviors that need to be paid attention to, and so on. I will take any and all information you provide me with to ensure your furbabies have the best care
A typical day
I like to work on training, go on walks to their favorite spots, and provide plenty of interactive and enriching activities! My favorite thing to do with my own dog is getting a sheet to scatter treats on so I can tie it all together to create a makeshift puzzle :)

I’m currently work full time and am a student working towards my masters, I make time for pet care in the mornings and evenings on weekdays & can be there all day on weekends :)
