I've worked in the veterinary clinic setting for 17+ years as a veterinary assistant, office manager and clinic purchaser. I've also worked in other kennels and at Metronic caring for animals as a side job while working at the vet clinic. I have experience with geriatric, patients with conditions that may require daily medication and post surgical patients. I can administer medication, SQ fluids and insulin. I have experience caring for many pets (cats, fish, birds, rabbits, chickens, etc) I became devoted to pet sitting to provide an alternative to the anxious kennel setting many owners are forced to use. I provide a warm and comfortable home setting where your pup can play and be loved as a member of our family. You can also be reassured your pet is getting the best care by an experienced sitter with medical knowledge. I also provide "drop in" services to check in on pets in your own home when you can't be there. Drop in's are an excellent option for cats especially since they normally don't like to be out of their "home enviroment". Many people also use the drop in service for pups that need potty breaks while their at work. My focus is to provide your furbaby with the most comfortable and loving enviroment that their used to and completely deserve. I require all dogs boarding at my house to be up to date on Rabies, Distemper and a negative fecal test within the last month. If your dog is on year round Heartgard then a fecal test within the last year is required. I also am not able to care for dogs that are aggressive with other dogs or children.
