I've been around animals my entire life! From raising farm animals as a kid to doing independent pet walking/sitting as well as experience in working in the animal medical field. Any animal that comes into my care is my #1 priority!

Daija took wonderful care of our cat for two weeks while we were out of town. Our cat looked so content in the photos she sent. And Daija even watered our plants when she noticed they were droopy!

Daija has cared for my dog a few times and she’s the BEST! My dog absolutely loves her. I always feel comfortable leaving my dog with her while I’m away especially since she always sends me photos and updates.

I currently live in a 1 bedroom apartment so the space here is very limited but I do plan a lot of outside activities especially when a dog is in my care. I take the pets on 3 walks a day or more if I can squeeze in and also do hiking and park activities. I always want my clients pets to feel as safe, happy, cared for as much as possible.

A typical day
I love nature and take any opportunity I can to visit parks as well as hiking trails. A day with me means your dog will be well feed and hydrated, walked and exercised. I love to play and teach new tricks on walks.

I currently have a full time job working in animal care and have the rest of the evening and weekends to pick up side jobs that involve pets. In anything I do I try to revolve myself around animals. I also have 2 well behaved cats at home that I raised since kittens.
