I feel natural staying with animals, they are baby angels, facing them, the pure and innocent eyes would constantly spark joys in my heart. When I was a teenager, I had a 5-year relationship with my dog, she was my best friend, but died when I was in high school. I was heart broken and decided not to have any pet anymore. When I moved in my new house with a roommate with her dog Night, I spent most of my home time with Night, I understand what she needs, when she makes fool in front of me. (PS: The one I hold with my arms in my profile pic is Night, she is adorable!) My roommate is busy most of the day, and leave her home alone, I feel bad for Night though understandable for my roommate, dogs in general like being around with people, they want to be loved, get attention, and that's why I'm here, I want to help people who are busy during the day or anytime that they couldn't spent with their lovely pets. For me, as a PhD student at Stevens University (senior now), I probably won't have my own dog in the near future, sometimes I'm busy with my research, and I don't want to leave my dog home alone. While in general my time is flexible and I can do my research remotely, I stay in Hoboken (my lab) most of the time. As a full time student, living around Hoboken is expensive for me, and I love dogs and pets in general, I think it's a win-win, thank you! :) My time is quite flexible, depending on my research project, I'm a full-time research assistant in my graduate school, I spend most of my time in lab or work from home. In general, during the house sitting, I'd like to stay around with pet angels, and give them free space to play at the same time, if they are chilling or sleeping, I'd grab a book cuddling besides them. I'd always be careful with the doors and windows, in case they go out without my watch, or without consent from their owners. For puppies, they are curious for almost anything around, watching out them, and stop them from biting anything or eat anything that they are not supposed to, is kinda of my instinct now. I like to keep things clean and in order, weather in my own home or owners.
