My husband and are are empty-nesters most of the time and I miss my dog, Maxine, every day. She was a standard poodle that lived a full, happy 15.5 years! We do travel for work and pleasure which is why we haven't gotten another dog so this would be the most perfect scenario for me to have a dog, give it love and for you to know your dog is going to be very happy. I never put my dog in a kennel while away and it just made me happy that she was getting love and care while we were gone. Now I can pay it forward to you. Both my husband and I work from home so we would not be leaving your dog alone for any long amount of time. Your dog could choose who he/she wants to be around or just watch out the window and protect us from squirrels. I look forward to meeting your dog. Cindy
