Having walked dogs full-time for the last 5+ years I am convinced I have the best "office"ever! Running my own dog walking business gives me perpetual on-the-job training which equates to thousands of hours not only walking but also learning about dog behavior and how to manage it successfully. Having worked with so many breeds and "issues" I am well-versed in techniques that get a dog to do what is in it's best interest via positive reinforcement rather than force. Each animal is it's own world and must be respected as such. I am experienced with reactive and high-energy dogs, blind and/or deaf animals, puppies and cats. I have lived in Anchorage my whole life and am a third-generation Alaskan. I treat your pet as if it were my own; I get it!
