Just want to start off by saying Cynthia is amazing!! No joke, I was in Florida visiting my family this past weekend and I originally had left my 2 dogs with my friend/co worker who I thought I could trust because my family couldn’t take them. After my friend refused to send me pictures of my dogs I found out after another friend who broke into my house to check on them that he was locking my dog Fynn in a cage for 8+ hours in my house that doesent have AC with no access to water, that he broke my smart Tv, etc. I downloaded Rover for the first time, Im not going to lie I was super skeptical, but I knew I couldn’t leave them with him so I messaged Cynthia and literally within ten or so minutes she had responded to me and was very communicative and literally took my dogs the next day. The fact she was able to help me out like that even with me being out of state was so insanely kind. She let my mom drop the dogs off to her, my mom said they ran right in and usually they are pretty weary of strangers! She was super safe about slowly introducing her dog with mine, which was a relief because one of my dogs can be super protective over the other! It was so cute seeing videos of all three of the dogs playing? This woman is a godsend and on top of that she has a newborn baby and still does all of this! She walked both of them (i forgot to have my mom bring their leads so i know when they walk they pull hard without them). She sent me pictures and kept me updated which was so nice and made me so appreciative of her, she made me feel so safe knowing they were with her- someone i never even met than with someone i thought i could trust. If you want to rest easy knowing your dogs are with someone safe, trust her! Id give her more stars if possible!
