I love all animals especially dogs. People trust me with their animals and I've had the same customers over several years. I've taken care of most kinds of pets, including horses, donkeys, goats, rabbits, fish and of course dogs and cats. I like to provide fun and enrichment for the animals I take care of. I started my pet sitting career in the 80"s with 2 German Shepards. I've owned 2 Great Danes and 1 dachshund. I believe that it is a life time commitment to have a animal. I've decided not to have my own animal and really enjoy being with other peoples pets. I wanted to be a vet so I could be with animals, but that didn't work out. That's why I've signed up with Rover.

5 stars! Carley watched my cat, Romeo, for 5 days. She did a wonderful job. She would come by 1-2 times a day, give him love and attention, cleaned his catbox, gave him fresh food/treats/water and supervised him while out in the backyard. He was in great spirits when I got back and my home was clean. Thank you Carley for taking such good care of my furry baby! ?

I've known Carley for 24 years & during that time I've known her as a true dog lover. I'm a person that doesn't like to go away, unless Carley can take care of my pets. She has a special ability to bond with dogs. I've seen this many times over the years whether it was taking care of dogs in Santa Barbara or in New York City. The professional dog sitter she assisted wanted her to quit her job and work for him full time in NYC. She has traveled out of state to take care of my many pets over the years, dogs, parrots, house bunnies, goats, a mule & donkey.. I highly recommend Carley, she's a true gem.
