Cindy is incredible! She stayed at our house for several days while we were on vacation and took excellent care of Luna! This was the first time we left our 4 month old puppy, so I was a little nervous. But knowing she was with Cindy allowed me to relax and enjoy vacation, confident that she was in good hands. I met with Cindy before vacation to go over everything, and she had very good questions - I could tell she would be very thorough and responsible. And Luna loved her from the get-go. Once on vacation, she sent pictures and updates throughout the day. I could see that our puppy was having a great time and getting so much love! Cindy took her for walks, played outside with her, gave her time to play with the neighbor’s dog, took her on a few trips, and snuggled on the couch with her. Upon returning home from vacation, she gave me good information about the stay. Luna was happy to see me, but sad to see Cindy go. Also, she left the house just as we left it; it was clear that she took good care of the house too! In addition to all that, Cindy was willing to go above and beyond. We had an almost disaster when we got to the airport and could not get in contact with our family friend, who was supposed to be at our house for the first few days of vacation. I was in the airport, trying not to panic, as it was almost time to board the plane, and we still had not heard from our friend. I texted and called Cindy, and she responded right away saying that she would go over to be with Luna if we didn’t hear from our friend in the next hour. As it turned out, we heard from our friend shortly after, but Cindy’s willingness to help out in that time of crisis was so crucial. I instantly relaxed, knowing that we had a backup plan, and Cindy pulled through like a close friend or family member. I was beyond grateful. Also, when our pup found a hole in the backyard fence and escaped (another almost disaster), Cindy handled the situation calmly and effectively. Luna came right to her. She told me right away and offered to go to the hardware store and try to fix the hole - again, above and beyond. We are so grateful we found Cindy and wholeheartedly recommend her for any of your pet care needs. We will definitely be using her again!

Cynthia was wonderful caring for my older dog. She provided me with many updates and I felt happy and secure with her caring for my dog. I plan on having Cynthia watch my dog again in a few months! I highly recommend Cynthia!
