Cynthia treats dogs, and all animals, with love and respect. She works with dogs on a professional basis training dogs at Pet Smart. Cynthia not only works great with the dogs but also the dog owners, treating them with kindness and respect while helping them. Cynthia takes steps to advocate for the safety of dogs, reminding owners of the dangers of things such as ice melt in the winter and hot macadam in the summer. I met Cynthia over a year ago as my dog trainer and she is still there for us, answering questions and giving advise when asked, in my opinion Cynthia is knowledgeable, advocates for dogs best interests, and cares; she will care about your dog also.

After working with Cynthia for about 6 months, I have learned she has a gift for working with dogs. I constantly listen when she is talking to Pet Parents so I can try and retain some of her knowledge. She is always giving me pointers to go home and try with my dogs. Anytime I have a question, she is my go to person. Not to mention she has the 2 most well behaved dogs I have ever met
