Pet care experience
I have had dogs since I was six years old, of various breeds and sizes. 2 of which were rescues and needed alot of support and socialising for a number of months. From here I have had small volunteering jobs at vets and worked to train as a dog groomer for 2 years! This experience led me to understand how to best handle all manors of dogs, how to monitor weight, exercise needed, dietary requirements and of course the grooming! I have such a soft spot for any dog and want to provide the highest level of care to all! I now work remotely and have alot more time to be able to give animals and would love to share it with as many paws as possible. I have a smoke free secure home, the garden is spacious and completely fenced. I also live in a great area with many spaces to walk any pooch for either an hour or three! I will maintain as much communication as you require with your pet in my care and provide plenty of pictures too!

Cydney is our family dog sitter when we go on holiday, and we wouldn’t leave our beloved girls 🐶 🐶 with anyone else. She is beyond responsible and loving and is more than aware of what is needed to make them feel loved and cared for. She always follows the instructions we leave reguarding food, walks and dietary requirements and our eldest fur baby’s medication. I can highly recommend her for both dog walks and house sitting while you’re away. She always stays in touch with photos and updates and the girls absolutely love her!

I have a baby gate in my front room, there is plenty of space especially for smaller breeds. They can either be in a crate or if you have a typically family oriented dog that is toilet trained they will be allowed to roam so that it is more of a home away from home.

I need to know of any dietary restrictions or requirements, any commands that are needed for walking or caring for your dog. I also need to know any health conditions or any medications required especially if senior. Length of walks and terrain they like ( I know one of my family pooches hate grass for example). Also anything else you would like me to know to Maintain a highly effective care service!
A typical day
I love to help bring out a dogs personality and intelligence by going on walks and practicing any training you may have in place. I also love to create games when feeding such as using kongs, food mazes and the good game of fetch! I also know plenty of other friendly animals for socialising if this is what you feel your dog needs or with other people who are amazing dog lovers❤️ I have plenty of farmland near me and Mote Park for walking and happy to clean those muddy paws.

Availability
I work 8:30-5 with a lunch break at 12pm and I finish at 1pm on Fridays and I work completely from home. This means dogs can be walked up to 3 times a day, they will receive as much attention as required!
