Crystl was great! She visited twice prior to us leaving, asked questions that I didn’t think of, and took notes during her visits. This eased the moment when we left knowing the dogs were in good hands! While we were gone Crystl checked in and sent photos which helped elviate any concerns I may have had.

I recently had Crystl house-sit my two babies, Rex and Daisy, for nearly two weeks. It was my first time to use her--when she came by to visit in advance of my trip beginning I found her to be extremely prepared: she arrived with a notebook, which she filled with notes about their preferences, habits, etc. Crystl also asked me a number of questions other pet sitters have not asked before: where is the fire extinguisher, what is my emergency contact information, which veterinarian do I use, etc? I was very, very impressed by this. Further, Crystl sent daily updates; sometimes, they were pictures other times it was a text message. Either way, I knew my fur babies were in very good, caring, capable hands. I highly, and without reservation, recommend Crystl.
