Worst experience we ever had! We booked for 12 days and we were told that our dogs would need to be taken somewhere else after 3 days. Mind you we were upfront about the fact that our dogs would probably have separation anxiety and that this would be their first time away from us. Also she knew we would be out of the country! She has roommates that don't like or understand dogs and that was the reason why we had to scramble last minute to have a friend whom had never met my dogs either to pick them up. Lucky for us my friend was able to keep them and reports that they sleep through the night and are behaving. No separation anxiety or destructive behavior! According to Crystin my dogs were barking and being destructive! My dogs have never been destructive so I wonder if she left them by themselves in her garage unattended for long periods of time! She sent me pictures the first two days and only told us on the first day that they were suffering from separation anxiety which was to be expected. Nothing was said until the third day about being destructive and the only thing my dog destroyed was his own harness which she must have left on him! She's inexperienced and obviously unreliable and clueless! Do not leave your dogs with her unless you want to go through the same situation we had!

Crystin is one of the kindest, most responsible pet-loving, people I have had watch my dog, who I think of as my baby. Crystin treated her as if she was her own, playing with her, walking her, sending me pics, and just loving her up. I never worry about my dog when Crystin is watching her because I know she will be with someone who truly cares. I cannot say enough about Crystin to convey how good she is.
