Is there any health or behavioral issues? (Allergies, Separation anxiety, Leash reactivity) Is there anything that triggers or scares your dog? 7. Is your dog on flea/heartworm medication? 8. Is your dog up to date on vaccinations? 9. Has your dog boarded before and how did he do? 10. Might your dog pull on leash? These questions are just for me to get to know you and your pet better in order to provide the best possible care. I want to be prepared and have everything set up specifically for your dog. Your dog will always be on leash outdoors and supervised their entire stay. Our dogs are on flea,tick, and heartworm medication and current on alltheir vaccinations.
