Pet care experience
I had a poodle growing up. Looking back, she was such a sweet and patient girl. I’ve owned a cat we named “bad dog” cause he would play fetch. I had another cat we called zero because he had a marking on his hindquarters that looked like a zero. Two pit bulls with human names, Norman and Huey. Then my bestie Mrs. Figgley. She was a dachshund that decided to hang out with me for 17yrs. She managed to watch her kids grow up, get married, and meet the grandbabies before she passed. I have extensive experience taking care of an older dog because of her. Honestly, as se got older and needed more help, it was never a chore, it was an honor. I hope I get a chance to meet and hang with your furry friend. Crystal

Crystal is loving and compassionate towards animals, especially dogs. A dog in her care would be pampered and taken care of to the exact instructions the owner has requested.
I’ve known crystal since college and asked her to help with the care of my dog lately when she has free time. Ontop of taking care of my dog she had her own dog who was loved and taken great care of throughout the years. she has shown time and time again her love for animals and her ability to take care of them. I would trust her with my animal any day of the week and suggest if you need her services you should too!
I saw Crystal take care of her dachshund for 17 years. I She would rush home every day after work because she love to take her dog out on walks every day. For a while during her dogs younger yrs, they were exploring new places all over Vancouver and Portland. I saw her gift so much special love and attention as her dog grew older and needed more. I would recommend her to watch anyone’s dog. She definitely has a warm heart for cold noses.

I have a large fully fenced backyard and a beautiful nature walk called Beavers Marsh 5 min from my home. The dog would be free to roam the house or crated if you so choose. I have no problems with the dogs on furniture or my bed.

A typical day
Beavers Marsh is my favorite winter walking place and Kelly Point Park over on the Oregon side is my fave summer place to go on walks. Kelly Point Park has long beautiful paved trails and a big clean beach for digging holes. Beavers Marsh is a nature walk with all kinds of rabbit and Pika smeels that keeps em interested for hrs.

Im currently working about 3-4 hrs/a day. My hrs vary but mostly between 11:00am and 4pm Sunday through Thursday. I do have family that is home while I’m there.
