The only reason Crystal is getting a 5 star review is because Rover wont allow me to give her more! She is a complete animal lover! 100/10 would recommend over and over! I am in a habit of keeping good things to myself, and Crystal is no exception. She has been invaluable to me and my dog Ruby for the past few months. I have a job that requires extensive travel, and she was more than willing to accommodate not only my dog, but my weird schedule and hours as well. Travel plans change? No Problem. Getting in late? No problem. The vet put her on a restricted diet, and she followed those feeding instructions to the letter, despite the puppy eyes I know she must have been getting! Ruby immediately fell in love with Crystal and made herself completely at home. She gets super excited when I drop her off, as she knows exactly where she is, and what she is in for; namely, cuddles and playtime. Crystal spoils this pup more than I do. I received photos of Ruby lounged out on the couch, curled up in Crystals bed, snuggled under the covers with her favorite toys, and videos of all the playtime and snuggles she was getting. She gets walks, constant attention (something Ruby adores!) and she even gives her baths! 100% above and beyond! As soon as the door to her home opens, Ruby runs in and hops right up on the couch. She knows where she is and that she is not only welcomed, but also, part of the family. It minimized the stress of me leaving, as she knew she was going to be receiving the same level of attention she gets at home. This is a bittersweet review as we are moving out of state. Hence, the only reason I'm now letting the secret out! I couldn't possibly express just how much peace of mind Crystal has given me that Ruby was being thoroughly cared for and loved while I was away. Leaving my pup behind is not fun, however, knowing she's in caring and capable hands made all the difference in the world! Highly recommend!!

Crystal was amazing! I needed a last minute sitter for a week and she was so accommodating. She sent me pictures and updates right away. My pup wasn’t feeling well and Crystal took care of her as if she were her own! I knew my dog was safe with her, 10/10 recommend!
