I can't say enough good things about Crystal! We had a short-notice trip (over the holiday, no less!) and decided to book her for four days. She was very communicative and considerate through all steps of this process, especially in the middle of a pandemic! Some things came up and changed our exact plan, but she rolled with it very graciously. I was so glad we were able to safely introduce her to the dogs as well as have her in our home while also minimizing our risk of COVID spread. Our dogs were SO happy to see us when we came back, but we could tell they'd been super relaxed and hadn't been alone any more than they would when we are out and about. They got some great treats and toys and I can definitely tell they had a blast! It was so great to know that our dogs were being so well taken care of (not to mention our other little animals too!) It was wonderful! We will definitely be booking her again.
