My two cat had the honour to spend five days with Crystal and her partner. I cannot express how grateful we all felt. First of all, Crystal's apartment is large and extremely clean, it has great lighting and awesome view. She arranged her furniture so there’s lots of room for the pets to roam around. Second, her outstanding care guaranteed my cat get his oral and injectable medication on time. There was no medical issues with them during the stay. It is not an easy task, but she nailed it. Lastly, she is a very sweet and thoughtful person. My cats bonded with them right away. She sent me pictures and videos of the cats while I was away, give gave me lots of comfort. Overall, I could recommend Crystal to any pet parent. Of course we will return too!

Would recommend Crystal to anyone, and would happily book with her again!! We were a bit nervous to leave our Cat, Wiley, for a few days due to a previous poor experience with Rover. However, after we got back, it was like we had never left! Wiley was very comfortable and content at Crystal’s, and settled in back at home very quickly afterwards. Crystal showed Wiley lots of love while we were away, and provided updates/photos which we looked forward to seeing. We appreciated Crystal’s flexibility, reliability, and communication! Couldn’t be happier with our experience!
