Words can’t describe what a wonderful boarding experience we had with Crystal and Mindy! We left our dog Tucker with them for 2 weeks for an extended vacation and they were the absolute best boarders we could have asked for. Tucker was cared for as though he was their own dog, and it showed. He was spoiled by them, and it was very apparent that Tucker was made to feel at home in their home. We received daily photos and updates and all of our communications were perfect! Crystal’s home is an ideal pet hotel! If ever we need a sitter/boarder, Crystal and Mindy are the very best of them and I hope that they can watch Tucker again. Thanks so much for taking such good care of Tucker! 5 stars in every way!

Crystal has been an inspirational fur Momma. I’ve known her for over 10 years and she is kind and attentive, affectionate and very loving, not only to her own pup but to mine as well. She doesn’t know this, but her and her relationship with her pup Ellie, is the reason why I made the leap to get my OES girls and have a fur family. She has shown unconditional love and support. I recall when we were travelling home with our girls and the flight was canceled, she picked us up from the airport and had us stay with her, in her new place, with two puppies! She cleaned their accidents and washed dog beds all with a beaming, beautiful smile and joy to have the dogs around. Her easy going character and love for animals is something that I have admired about her. I trust her with my babies and know that she does everything in her power to make them feel loved and comfortable. She is an incredible person and loves animals. She is one of the most wonderful pet mothers that I know. Her love, attention and respect is unmatched.
