So this was my first time using Rover, and might I just say I may have found my go to sitter already! We were very nervous because both of our dogs are adopted, so they’re still adjusting to a lot of things. We’ve never left them alone with anybody else or be apart from them for more than a couple hours. Boba, our boxer mix, is very shy but warms up to women more than men and Appa, our bully mix, doesn’t get along well with other dogs so even searching for a particular sitter was a little stressful. We felt more stressed than the dogs ? Crystal was awesome to handle these two! Appa had no trouble adjusting to his new living space, and we were happy to know that Boba warmed up to her after the first day. She updated us every morning with how they did the previous day along with pictures of them. It made us feel at ease to see our dogs smiling and enjoying their vacation. When we needed to contact Crystal at any given time, she was very quick at responding. 5/5 would would book her again! ?

Crystal was the sweetest and we believe our fur baby loved her company. If we’re in Miami again soon, we would definitely use her services. Responds quickly and updated us with photos. Thanks Crystal!
