Pet care experience
I've grown up with pets all my life, I've had many cats, fish, and even my first dogs in my teenage years. I recently bought my own puppy so I have a new understanding of dogs and their ways. I've petsit for many different people over the years and have worked with many different breeds including mutts, a Burmese mountain dog, a Great Pyrenees, and some older dogs who needed a little help with medications and such.

Great communication and flexibility!
I appreciated how well they communicated upon arrival! I could see that they are very at ease around dogs. My dogs can be a bit lively with new individuals, but Crowe managed them excellently.
Crowe is the dog whisperer when it comes to calming my dog. They have helped by giving my dog their meds and keeping him controlled on walks. My pup loves this person when they see them.

Since I have my own pets in my home all of my care provided will be at others houses. All my pets are friendly but I don't want to have issues with an unfamiliar pet. I like to bring dogs to dog parks to run as it has a good social aspect but I always ask the owners first. In the colder months I also do a car ride to a home depot so the dogs can get some steps in while still being warm. I always clear everything with the owners first and tend to send a lot of pictures of what we are doing.

A typical day
My typical day dog sitting is pretty varied based on the dog, the owner, and the already established habits. Ive learned most dogs enjoy keeping a schedule even if their owners are away. I also like to work to help with behavioral issues on walks when I can, using treats to motivate troublesome pups into better behavior. Every pet has their own needs, personality, and desires. And I try to meet them where they're at.

I'm currently a college student going to TCC to get the basics out of the way. I live with my parents still so we trade on the basic chores around our dogs and cats. They walk them in the morning and I run them at night.
