I’m Cristina the founder of WAGGYTAILSCLUB Brighton🐶. I come from Spain and moved here to study Primary and Early Years education. This meant I had to leave my dog Mia (Maltese) back home. As a result, I joined the Dog Walking society where we went on weekly walks around Stanmer Park. In my time in Brighton, I have met many lovely local dog owners who I have helped by dog sitting and walking their wonderful dogs. This made me fall in love with dog sitting and to make it my part-time job. I’m a responsible young women who absolutely adores dogs and would really benefit of some doggy therapy time. I have lots of experience handling dogs of all sizes and puppies as well as senior dogs and anxious dogs. I have done a canine first aid training and I am aware of how to react in these situations. I would treat your dog with all the love of the world and respect as if he was my own. 5 well-deserved stars for Cristina. Before dogsitting our puppy Kobe, Cristina kindly agreed to meet us to get to know each other a few days before. What makes her an exceptional petsitter is the fact that she texted me photos and videos all day long to keep me updated on everything. I was really reassured. She had followed all my instructions and gave me great advices! Thank you again, will definitely call you again ?
Cristina has been fantastic since the word go! We contacted her before moving to Brighton and she was really helpful. We have a shy and reactive dog, and Cristina agreed to meet us for a walk to bond with her before coming round for her first visit. Since then she’s been doing visits and our dog is totally in love. Cristina sends videos and updates us with relevant information. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Cristina was fab with my 9 week old puppy. She followed all of my training requirements to my plans, she knew exactly the right thing to do with him and his biting etc, and he really loved her immediately. She sent me lots of pictures and videos during their stay and left the house lovely and tidy, you wouldn't know she had been there. Will definitely be turning to Cristina again for Bandits sleepovers and recommend her to anyone!

On our meet and greet, I’d like to talk about how is your dog with other dogs, how is he in the house, how is he off lead, how is he with recall? Etc. I’d also be interested in hearing about their favourite place to go for walks? Their favourite treats and toys? But most importantly if their is any behaviour I should be aware of.
A typical day
I live right next to Kemptown beach so it’s ideal for walks. I also like to alternate walks and go to Hove Park or Preston park which I love. On longer walks, I will take the dogs on adventures to stanmer park/devils dyke/seven sisters etc. Walks tend to be 30m but I can offer longer walks (1hr) for £5 extra which will help me get to different locations further away. Do let me know if your dog has any preferences :)

Availability
I am currently working part-time as a supply teacher so whenever I am not teaching I am dog sitting/walking. I try to organise my dog sitting/walking around the teaching as I can take days off teaching to dog sitting! When I am dog sitting/walking, all my attention is on your pup so I will adapt my routine to make it work for your pup.
