My name is Cristina and I am a NAVTA certified Veterinary Assistant with over a decade of animal care industry experience- from upscale dog boarding facilities to emergency vet clinics, to a pet salon! My roots are in personalized pet care, and I am happy to work with all species to give you peace of mind knowing your animal is well cared for while you are away. I am happy to provide references and a resume as well.

Cristina is absolutely the best! Rudie loves every minute he spends with Cristina and her dog Jach. She is patient, caring and loving and I know that Rudie will be well cared for and given lots of love while he is in her home. There is lots of play time but also well needed rest integrated into the day. She is trustworthy, responsive and makes sure I get updates and pictures throughout the day. I can't thank Cristina enough for taking Rudie into her home, allowing him to play with other dogs in a safe, supervised environment. I highly recommend Cristina, she has made a huge difference in all of our lives!

My fenced-in backyard has plenty of room for running and playing! Inside, we have several comfy couches for naps. My friendly dog Jach is both dog and cat-approved. He is lazy and will most likely nap and just enjoy the company. I want to keep your dog on a schedule as close to home as possible. We have extra beds, a large crate, extra toys and plenty of treats all depending on their schedule and needs. Upon booking, you will receive an online form from me to write out their eating, sleeping, and activity routine at home along with other important care info. All items and surfaces are disinfected so each dog is arriving is a safe and clean environment. During in home visits, I like the client to set their own guidelines for their home so that everyone feels safe, including the animals! I make sure to clean up after the animal so that coming home to your fur baby is a stress free, fresh and clean reunion ☺️ I offer nail trims and baths as well, upon request.

Follow along on your pet's stay at our official instagram page: @boardingatbirchwood. Your pet will receive my undivided attention with plenty of time for play and rest. From running in the backyard, and long nature walks to cuddles on the couch. Treats and pets are always a must! Your dog’s usual schedule will be followed as closely as possible.

My full time job is pet care! Your dog won’t be alone or put in a cage. I provide boarding and daycare in my home as well as pet sitting and dog walking at your home! Your pet’s usual schedule will be followed as closely as possible. All pet care is individualized, so your animal will receive my full attention. High energy dog? I'll take them on long runs or walks! Couch potato? I'll include plenty of time for snuggles.
