I'm still deciding if I'm a dog person or a cat person. I love both equally for their unique qualities. I grew up with and took care of a wonderful family dog, then with my kiddos over the last 10 years took in and cared for a range of animals, from 2 dogs and 3 cats, to a tame little cockatiel, 10 chickens, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters and a ball python snake. Though it kept us busy, we loved them all! I've worked on farms over the years, caring for family pets as well as being pushed around by docile but big hungry cows. My son and I recently adopted two older rescue terrier/chihuahua mixes to join our own terrier mix, to give them a second chance loving home. We get in lots of walks, healthy treats, and of course, cuddles. We both have a big heart for all animals and love meeting and playing with all kinds, anytime!
