Two Sitters, Twice the Care
Pet care experience
Craig (college professor) and David (family counselor) care for their own dog Rubio (6-year-old terrier mix) and would love to host your dog. Two sitters, their gentle companion, and roaming/furniture privileges mean your dog will be safe, happy, and worn out. Craig often works from home, and Craig and David have staggered work hours, so your dog will have a lot of attention. Rubio craves lots of socialization and exercise, so we take trips to the dog park, and do a lot of walking and hiking. Yet, we also spend plenty of time "nesting" and welcome dogs who are more reserved homebodies. We are highly communicative and responsive to the needs of your dog. We know you want for your dog what we want for ours: security, attention, and care. _____________

Craig & David are the absolute best. I am super nervous leaving my pup Sadie with anyone, and I feel so comfortable when she is with them. They keep me updated with cute photos and texts and she is SO happy to see them when I drop her off. That says it all! 😊❤️
Our experience with Craig and David was just excellent. It was our 15 mo old puddle’s first ever experience away from us. He was very scared but they they immediately made him calm and happy. Daily pictures and reassurances were provided! We will definitely book our dog Rufus with them again. He came back calmer and more dignified than when we left him. A great experience!

All dogs stay on-leash anytime they are outside the apartment. At night they sleep in the bedroom or the nearby kitchen (whichever they prefer). Dogs have furniture privileges. We are available for meet-and-greets at Tudor Dog Park.

Is your dog house trained? Do they chew or bark? (Please give an honest assessment, and we will do everything in our power to accommodate you. Unfortunately, during some times, like weekdays, we may not be able to accommodate a highly vocal dog.)
A typical day
Typically, the dogs hang out around the apartment while we work. If your dog wants to join us, we go for a long walk or to Tudor Dog Park close by mid-day (usually around 11am, weather permitting).
