Through our commitment to enrichment and positivity, we've built a home where both Daisy and Tia are able to live their lives as best as we feel is possible. We put pride into the care we deliver for Daisy and Tia and we will provide that same care to all your pets we accept into our care. We are both certified in pet first aid and CPR (Canine and Feline) allowing us to not only care for your pets in the unlikely event they need medical intervention prior to being cared for by a veterinarian, but we are also able to put into place preventative measures to significantly reduce the chances of medical care being needed. We hope that with the care and mindset we bring to every booking, you can rest assured that your pets are in great hands.

Craig and Chelsea provide extraordinary care for our kitty. They go above and beyond when there are weather issues or anticipated weather issues -insuring she will be fed and get her medicine no matter what.

Highly recommend! Craig is so caring with the animals. He has a very calm demeanor and is good with fearful dogs as well.

We customize care at your direction to ensure your pets remain happy and healthy. Craig and Chelsea are certified in pet first aid and CPR for canines and felines. We are members of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS) and Craig is a NAPPS Certified Pet Sitter with renewal in 2025. Craig is also a Fear Free Certified Pet Sitter with annual renewal as well as a certified Canine Enrichment Technician (DN-CET). Some restrictions may apply in the type of care we are able to provide due to our code of ethics. Please note that we are unable to use any form of adverse treatment. For example, electric fences, shock collars, and prong collars are some examples of adverse-based reinforcement. Though some may feel these techniques and devices are effective, please note that they rely on fear as a deterrent. If you seek training for your pet(s), please consider trainers that have been properly trained through a reputable organization that uses fear-free based positive reinforcement and LIMA (Least-Intrusive, Minimally Aversive) techniques. Please note that we only service smoke-free homes. Thank you for your understanding!

Information Craig & Chelsea B. would like to know about your pet

All information we deem necessary to ensure we are able to properly care for your pet(s) in addition to establishing plans of action in the event a booking does not go as planned will be required prior to accepting a new pet into our care. We kindly ask that during initial contact with us, you confirm that the pets listed on your request are the only pets that will require care. If there are additional pets in your home that require care that are not listed, please let us know. Even pets within a home that you do not request direct care for may require the addition of a small fee. Even though direct care may not be planned, often times we find that care is required even if indirectly (e.g., monitoring interactions with other pets, periodically checking their status and health, filling or fixing automatic cat feeders that malfunction, etc.). Please note that if you have a cat that has access to the outdoors, we are not able to ensure the safety of your cat once beyond the boundaries of the physical home. Once outdoors, your cat is beyond a controlled environment in which we are responsible. If possible, we ask that your cat(s) be allowed to remain indoors while in our care to ensure their safety. Thank you!

A typical day

We aim to provide care that simulates a pet's typical day as to keep consistency in their lives to the best of our ability. This may help reduce stress and anxiety in your pets. Though we may be new people coming into your pets' lives adding a bit of uncertainty and unfamiliarity, we do have the option to instill a sense of normality into their daily routine. We rely heavily on the guidance of each pet owner to share all the details necessary to give your pet a safe, joyful, and enriching experience.

Availability

We both work full time jobs Monday through Friday. Please check our Rover calendar for availability. Please note that on weekdays, our availability is typically limited to early mornings (typically before 8:30am) as well as evenings and nights (typically after 4:30pm). Also note that we do not currently offer services on Thanksgiving or Christmas. We encourage everyone to please reach out to us as soon as possible with potential dates as we tend to start booking several months in advance. For certain times of the year, we may start booking 6-9 months in advance. We try our best to be as flexible as possible to accommodate as many requests as is feasible. It's important to note that while we remain flexible, we must put the welfare of each and every pet at the forefront and therefore may have to decline certain requests if we determine we will not be able to give the proper care that your pet(s) deserve.
