My Mission: Happy, Exercised Pups
Pet care experience
I'm a former semi-pro football player and group fitness instructor with a need to stay active. I work from home for a leading cybersecurity firm, so I'm available for visits or hosting day and night. My two coworkers are a 4-year old Belgian Malinois and 10-year old Siberian Husky. They're more so moral support but we get in our morning, afternoon and evening walks, play, and training. Our home is fenced with plenty of areas for them and their fur friends to relieve themselves. We also live on a golf course with gate access in the backyard which makes for plenty of walks and playtime on the fairway fetching balls and frisbees when the day is done. As a hobby, I have been working with my Malinois on the Search & Rescue certifications to assist the Maricopa County Sheriff's Department with tracking missing persons and find hikers lost on trails. He's also IPO Level 1 Certified for tracking, obedience, and protection. It gives us a mission to help the community and stay active together. If your dog loves to hike, we'd love to have them join on our training rucks. He's extremely social and has plenty of energy to keep his high strung guests happy. My Husky is extremely relaxed. He's a fan of sitting outside watching the golfers during the day. He still enjoys younger pups (his brother is only 2) but also can keep a milder mannered dog company with a slower pace of life. We have two crates that fit large dogs. So if your pup prefers to have his/her own space, we can accommodate with a private crate in a private guest room. Other amenities: *Private pool for dogs who like to swim *Dog Trotter professional treadmill for dogs up to 120 lbs *Plenty of balls, tugs, toys, and chews *Flexible feeding, walking, and bathroom schedule based on your needs *Organic treats for any pup that has permission from you
Reviews
Craig is awesome. My golden retriever, Wrigley, had an incredible experience staying at his home and playing with his two other dogs. He was great at communicating and sent us updates during our trip! I would definitely use Craig again in the future.
Craig and Jen were wonderful with Raylend! From the first meet & greet they were so welcoming to us and I could tell they were going to take great care of him. My dog can be a bit moody at times with other dogs, but there were no issues at all with Craig’s two dogs. Raylend fit in right away! Craig sent pictures and videos which was great to see my dog doing so well. I will definitely use Craig’s services again!
If your looking for someone to care for your dogs just like you do, I highly recommend this couple ? I received pictures and videos daily She felt right at home from the first day she arrived
Craig B. took amazing care of my dog. I received pictures and videos of her every day. It made me feel so comfortable that she was being well cared for while I was out of town. She got along great with his two well cared for dogs and fit right in with the pack!

I don't not have any breed preferences. I firmly believe there is no such thing as a "bad" breed - just bad handlers & owners. Dogs are born to please their human and perform as a pack. I've seen plenty of dogs who were ditched at a shelter because they were labeled disobedient or dangerous turned into great, social companions in the hands of a proper handler. Same as I shared above, I want your input on your dogs likes and dislikes. I do not introduce dogs to new activities without a specific request from you. I strive to be an extension of your dog's pack and routine. My time with them should be an extension of the time they spend with you. That includes the levels of stress, time to rest, feeding schedule, bathroom breaks, etc.
A typical day
I'll request your input on your dogs likes and dislikes. I do not introduce dogs to new activities without a specific request from the owner. For example - if your pup isn't used to hiking, we'll find something they're comfortable with! I strive to be an extension of your dog's pack and routine. My time with them should be an extension of the time they spend with you. That includes the levels of stress, time to rest, feeding schedule, bathroom breaks, etc. Common activities we do today: *Walks - with the pack or individual (30 minutes or longer) *Runs - pack or individual (Typically run up to 3 miles to avoid injury or discomfort for the dog. Can accommodate less or up to 10 miles) *Hikes - pack or individual (Hikes range in difficulty but are typically Easy to Moderate if bringing new dogs) *Fetch - I live on a golf course with permission to use the fairway for playtime and open running space *Swimming - have a private pool *Treadmill training - have a professional Dog Trotter slat mill - (video here: https://youtu.be/LZmFfU1IK8M?t=21) *Downtime - the activity of relaxing and plenty of scratches
