Pet care experience
If you live in the Raleigh-area, I have most likely met your dog, told you it was the cutest thing I've ever seen, and remembered it's name to this day. Growing up in a military family, our pets were my most loyal friends. I've had horses, cats, dogs, birds, ferrets, even piglets! If it's furry, feathered, scaled, or anywhere in between--I love them! I have experience with pets in all stages of life as well as special-needs pets. I'd love to meet you and your fur baby. So, the real question is: Can I pet your dog?
Reviews
My petsitter recently moved and I was pretty worried. I found and used Courtney for a last minute business trip and everything went so great! So pleased with her communication skills and care for my babies.
Courtney has been great with my dogs. Always sends me pictures which I really love.. Will be using her again in the future. Highly recommend.
I don’t trust a lot of people with my pets, but I’ve used Courtney many times for pet sitting over the years and she always exceeds my expectations. My two cats and two dogs have grown to love her (possibly more than me). Highly recommend Courtney for her services.
Courtney takes care of my two large shepherds dogs often. We trust her to take care of them like family and refer to her as “Aunt Courtney” for a reason! She treats them like gold and has such a huge heart towards all animals, not just dogs. (Did I mention she’s a mother of FOUR cats?!) Rest assured when you choose Courtney to care for your pets that they’ll be in great hands, literally. She’ll roll on the floor embracing them for as long as you’ll let her. 12/10 recommend!

I live in the quaint east Raleigh neighborhood of King Charles, with plenty of space for good walks and puppy adventures. Oakwood Dog Park is also near by if that's more your pup's speed. My large back yard has more than enough room for exercise and activity needs. In your home, I like to stick with your animals normal routine, keeping them comfortable during a time that you are away. Getting to know an animal and their pawrents help me determine the best direction to go in for their care.

The best adventure friends are dogs! I love to go for a nice walk through the woods at Umstead or Lake Jordan with the more adventurous pups. For the more calm and collected pups, a good sniff around Dorothea Dix Park and a picnic is the best. If a dog is very social and loves to meet people, I like to take them for a spin to a local dog-friendly brewery, like LBC. In short, whatever speed the pup, or pups, would like to cruise at, I'm right there with them.

Currently, I am saving to start a program in UX Design, with the aim of working for a company who produces animal-related products. Caring for animals is something that comes naturally to me and provides me with a great deal of joy. It's a perfect fit.
