Pet care experience
Hi! I'm a veterinary student halfway finished with my program - so who better to care for your fur babies? I've previously worked at an emergency animal hospital, have extensive experience volunteering with animals, and currently own my own pet, so I completely understand the importance of good, quality pet care. I'm an avid runner - so if you have a high energy dog that works well on a leash I'd be more than happy to take them on runs anywhere from 1-6mi. I am trained in low-stress handling and will never force your pet to do something they're uncomfortable with! Will also do nail trims (dog permitting)! I'm very comfortable with cats as well if they are in your home. Also, if you need some quality photos of your fur baby, fear not, I love snapping photos on adventures. I am an early morning person and can stay up really late - so if you have a job with odd hours, don't worry! Other than that, feel free to ask any other questions that come to mind!

Courtney was incredible! She was extremely accommodating to my last-minute drop-in request. I instantly felt comfortable with her in my home, and my typically shy cat warmed up to her very quickly. The photos she took were fantastic. What I really liked most about Courtney though was the detailed report she left. You can truly tell she cares about animals and is extremely knowledgable about their care. I felt relieved and reassured that Lincoln was in the best possible hands. I plan to become a repeat customer with Courtney. Highly recommend!

I would like to know if the owner/animal has a preference for what side of the sidewalk they walk on, if they are nervous around people (age, gender, etc), if they have any leash-training issues (past or present), and if there's any medical issues. NO breed preferences, but I would greatly appreciate knowing if there's been any instances of aggression in the past - so I can adequately tell people to not pet the dog (you know they'll ask!)
A typical day
I work my best to accommodate you and your pets to make sure my stay with them is stress-free and close to normal. I would LOVE to take your dog to a dog park! I like to go on runs, but long walks are also an option! In addition, if you need tips on how to break bad leash habits, I'd be happy to offer my help with the education I've received in veterinary school!
