I have had many opportunities to dog sit for family and friends throughout my life. My family has also owned many cats. Currently, I do not have a dog, but live with a family that owns a golden doodle and a pointer.

Courtney was reliable, and loved on our pets when we were away. She was kind and thoughtful. I loved that she informed me what was going on and sent me a bunch of photos of our pets. She followed instructions and even cleaned up a pee puddle from our puppy. The dogs and cat say she was pawtastic! We will look to book with her again!

I try my best to stick to the families' schedule for their pet companion. This makes it easier on the pet. I like to have the pets on a leash in the yard to avoid any possible chance of escape. While pet sitting I like to try and take the dogs out to parks or on long walks if possible as a little treat/relaxer for them.

A typical day
I love to engage dogs in their favorite activities. Playing with a favorite toy or throwing a ball around, I just want your dog to have a good time. I also love working on specific training or learning fun new tricks.

Availability
I currently work full-time for a childcare center, I am available every weekday during the afternoons into the evenings. And on the weekend I'm available all day. I'm looking for families needing dog walkers in the afternoons or pet sitters who need someone to come in and check in on their pets once or twice a day. Hoping to use the money to rescue a dog from my local animal shelter.
