Pet care experience
I've been a dog and cat-owner most of my life and have spent time volunteering in shelters and clinics. As a sitter, I will make sure your animals get the best experience possible. If your pet has special needs, I'll make sure they get all their medication and other attentions. My own dog has severe anxiety and requires special care. I have experience with young puppies and older dogs. I will make sure your dogs get their exercise and playtime in while you're away. I work remotely so I can be there with your dog to make sure they don't get into any mischief alone. I love taking dogs for walks around the neighborhood, rain or shine. Your pet's care is my priority. Your pet(s) will be in good hands with me.

Harley, our jack russel terrier, almost always travels with our family. We were recently unable to take him with us and did not want to drop him off at a kennel. We hired Courtney to watch Harley for two nights. Since Courtney, her family and their 2 dogs are friends I know she has good experience, is conscientious and reliable with animals. Harley even had ‘just-in-case it stormed’ and ‘finicky eater’ instructions. Courtney gave 5-star service !! SR

I am not currently offering in home stays at my home, but rest assured that I look after your pets as though they were my own. I always check for hazards before I leave, including trash, open doors etc. During inclement weather, I make sure pets are well taken care of and calm.

A typical day
On a typical visit, I'll make sure your pet has their food/water needs met. Then I'll take dogs outside, or go for a walk. After a walk, we'll cool down, and get some play time in. With cats, I like to make sure I check litter box, and give cats extra attention.
