Pet care experience
I have grown up around animals of all kinds; dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, goats and cows. In my teens I began pet sitting for my grandparents and neighbors and eventually began house and pet sitting for people in my community. My husband and I currently have four furry children of our own, Blue Bell, Bentley, Mischa and Toot. Our dogs enjoy exploring the PNW and the local dog parks, while our kittens are fans of terrorizing our house. We also have a two and a half year old daughter who loves to help me walk the dogs. She is a lover of all animals and it's the best thing to watch. I’m excited to meet your furry kids and show them the kind of love they get from you to make being away a little easier!

Courtney took the stress out of worrying about the care of my dogs when I was starting a new job. Both of my girls had special needs (Bella is a senior & Dakota is an overly shy, sensitive rescue). Courtney was reliable and gave my girls the unique attention they needed. It was a comfort knowing they were in good hands of while I was gone. And I really appreciated the photos and updates!
Courtney P. Took great care of our cat when we went away. She fed him, played with him, cleaned up after him, and sent plenty of updates, pics, and videos to reassure us that he was doing ok. He can be a little difficult at times, but she handled him with kindness and patience. We would certainly recommend her to other folks in our area looking for a reliable pet sitter who truly demonstrates a love of animals.
My job requires me to travel occasionally and I never worry because Courtney is always happy to come by my house and make sure my dog is cared for until I return home, even on short notice.

We currently live a block away from Tubbys Trail Dog Park. Our pups go there at least 3 times a week to get the energy out. If we aren’t at the dog park, we go to the beach or Cushman Trail. Due to limited space in our current home, all pet sitting and check ins will be done in your home.

A typical day
The Cushman Trail or the Harbor has become our frequent walking spot. We also live 2 minutes from Tubbys Trail dog park in which we visit often. I will be sure to research the area in which your pup lives to ensure the safest and most fun place to play and walk.

Availability
I currently work Monday- Thursdays 9-3:30 and am happy to drop in after work to care for your furry friends. On Saturday and Sundays I am available all day or night. On those days, I can provide more frequent walks and visits. I do have my daughter with me on those days as my husband is at work until the late evening.
