Courtney was awesome and sent constant updates about my dogs stay... Including his eating, his walks, and pictures. I would totally have Bentley stay with her again! It was obvious that she loves dogs and took really good care of him

Because Gem and Riley are getting older, it's getting hard to leave these two dogs for long periods of time. Our son, who works long hours, spends the nights when we are gone, but he isn't able to give them the attention they need during the day. When we were on a recent trip, Courtney came every afternoon to let our two "seniors" out and to spend a little time with them. It worked perfectly! Gem and Riley were happier and much less frantic for attention in the evenings. Courtney was flexible and responsive to our needs - and was very patient when helping us understand how to communicate through the Rover.com website when we had trouble with cell phone reception. She sent pictures and anecdotes that helped us feel better about leaving them, and demonstrated her understanding that older dogs sometimes need a little extra convincing to go outside, or a little extra time to enjoy the sunshine once they're out.
