Pet care experience
I grew up with many different kinds of animals, and I have had dogs all of my life. I am a senior at the University of Central Missouri (UCM), studying Animal Science (pre-veterinary). I have shadowed multiple veterinarians, starting as a sophomore in high school. Through shadowing, I gained a lot of experience caring for animals. I have also been responsible for walking, pet-sitting, and checking on the pets of my friends and family. I have some experience with reptiles (as I have two leopard geckos) and currently have the leopard geckos, fish, and one dog as pets.

Courtney has been taking care of my animals for over 4 years now and I would never have anyone else. I can always count on her to love them, just like I would love them when I'm gone. They love her too and are always super excited to see her when she comes by. She has cared for my dogs, cats, horses and also takes great care of my house when I'm gone. She knows exactly how to handle emergencies, and has even come over when I've asked her to help me doctor wounds. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible, and sweet animal lover. Your fur babies will be well cared for and loved by Courtney!
Courtney is dependable, trustworthy and always has a smile. She is a true animal lover and as a Veterinarian Med student, I know she can handle any situation. She has "baby sat" my three German Shepherds off and on for several years, always sending me funny stories or pictures about their antics.

My dog, Blue, tends to get along with other smaller dogs but is timid when in contact with larger dogs or cats. I live close to the University of Central Missouri (UCM) and often take her for walks on/around campus. When taking other dogs on walks, I have the ability to walk them on UCM campus (and will pick up and take care of their waste). I drive a truck and would allow them to ride in the passenger seat if travel is needed to take the dog(s) on a walk (owner permitting of course).

I'm currently conducting research for the University of Central Missouri (UCM) and I am a full-time pre-veterinary student, however, I still have plenty of time to care for your animals. My hours are flexible and I can work with you to make sure your animals are taken care of!
