Pet care experience
I've been taking care of dogs as long as I can remember and I expect I will for the rest of my life. I have a one year old dog of my own that I absolutely adore and two lap cats that I cannot imagine my life without. Auri, my shepherd mix, has never met a dog she didn't like and was raised in her shelter with cats, though she's learned to leave them alone. We have a large fenced in yard with plenty of sticks to run around in and a kiddy pool to splash in in the summer. I also live close to Asylum Lake Preserve for hiking trips and close to a nice dog park for some great socialization time with other dogs. If the weather is bad, we have a basement that is great for playtime and our couch is just made for snuggles with pets and I love making homemade dog treats. Our upstairs has a cat door so we can close it and allow cats to go to and fro if they want time away from other creatures if they so desire. I hope to meet you and your furry loved one soon!

Courtney is a fantastic caregiver and playmate to my puppy. She gives very detailed reports of each of her visits. She administered medication and understood when my puppy was on a very strict diet. Even gave me pro tips (I am a first time dog owner) when I asked questions! Courtney is a natural. It is obvious how much she enjoys training and working with dogs. My puppy gets so excited to see her!
Courtney is absolutely fantastic with my fur-babies! Whether I'm having an insanely busy day at work or traveling, I know they're in good hands and getting plenty of love and attention.
Courtney is a very attentive and responsible dog owner and watcher. Even though she has her own dog, your dog will not go without attention. She give equal attention to every dog in her care. My Oliver love to see Courtney every time she is around. She is amazing with training as well and loves animals and it shows. There is no one I would trust to care for my fur baby more.

I would like to know if they have any dietary restrictions firstly so that I can make sure we don't give them anything that could hurt them. I would also like to know any behavioral issues, either that they're working on so I can continue that or something that may come up so that everyone can be safe and happy. I would also love to know a dog's energy level so that I can be prepared and what they love doing most! If they love fetch, or walks, or tug of war, let me know so that they can have the best time possible.
A typical day
We will go on walks through a local nature preserve as well as well as through my neighborhood, which has sidewalks and has fairly low traffic. Unless the pet parent wishes us not to, we would go to a dog park, weather permitting. And because of our basement, if the weather is not-so-permitting, we can play fetch or practice tricks indoors without any sort of worry of mess or danger for any sort of energy level.
