I’ve grown up with bunnies and chihuahuas, now I’m a pet-mom to ball python, 4 chickens, a 50 lb pitbull, and an 80 lb pitbull/ lab mix — I love animals of all shapes and sizes! I’m a stay-at-home mom, and while my dogs love our new addition, they’d MUCH rather have a play date with your fur baby! I’ve never missed a day of work. I’m responsible, reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and full of love to share with your fur baby! My home is equipped with a fully-enclosed backyard with a privacy fence. I have baby gates to separate dogs if need be, and if your dog really likes their alone time, we have a guest bedroom and a sunroom that can easily be turned into their "bedroom" during their stay. I have extra crates available if your dog feels more comfortable in smaller spaces, but if you have a cuddler, we have a king-size bed with tons of room for your fur-baby to snuggle up at the end of the day. Picky eater? No problem! Almost every dog I've watched has had a special diet - whether its mixing dry and canned wet food equally, or fresh meat to be microwaved, rest assured that your dogs food routine will be followed. I want your dogs stay with us to be as comfortable and fun as it can be, so please share your routines with me! When the weather's warm, I break out the dog pool - just something to help everyone keep cool while they play! Outdoor play time is unlimited, but if they're indoorsy, they can keep cool and enjoy the sunshine in our air-conditioned sunroom. If your dog doesn't enjoy playing with others, they can have their own outdoor play time. My dogs are friendly, but they’re high energy and can come on strong. Because of this, I’m only accepting other medium/ large dogs. Not to worry, it'll only take Zeus and Xena an hour or so to get used to yours. Then they'll be comfortably lounging around the house without bothering your dog! I work part-time and try to update my calendar frequently to match my schedule. Please know that if I plan to be out of the house (grocery runs, work schedule, etc.) I will notify you prior to accepting your booking. If I plan to be gone for an hour or less, my husband will be taking over (you will also meet him during our meet & greet). At all times when dogs aren't directly supervised, I keep a camera on them with a sound notification and check in on them frequently until I return. Whether it's dog boarding or a pop-in visit, I know how important it is that your fur-baby is treated like family. You can take comfort in knowing that I joined Rover purely because I love animals and I want to be a trustworthy resource for local families, so you can go to work or take your vacations and know that your pup isn't missing an ounce of love in the meantime!
