Experienced, Caring Dog Lover
Pet care experience
Pets are family members, and I care for them with unconditional love and attention. I've been surrounded by pets from a young age when my family had Golden Retrievers, through to young adulthood when I volunteered as a dog walker for the San Francisco SPCA, and to current day with my dog Spruce.
Reviews
Courtney was amazing with our 9-month old simba. He really enjoyed playing with Spruce. Look forward to working with Courtney again
Courtney did a great job with Pearl. Pearl is a rescue and thus is very anxious in new situations but Courtney did a great job in helping to make Pearl feel comfortable. Thank you Courtney.
Friendly, communicative, and caring. If you’re looking for a sitter for your fur companion- Courtney should be your go to. My dog was happy, relaxed, and played well. I would definitely rebook if I am in the area again.
I highly recommend Courtney for your pup! I always know mine had a great time when I pick him up and he’s super relaxed. She no doubt took great care of him. She also kept me up to date with photos, and was super flexible. I’ll definitely be having Courtney care for him again. Thank you!

I only take one dog at a time (or multiple dogs from the same household), so your dog will get personalized one-on-one attention and care. I'll take your dog on walks in the neighborhood or on Stanford's campus. On the weekend, I'm available for longer walks or hikes at nearby trails. I offer additional training, so if you're working on obedience or specific commands and would like some help, let me know and I'm happy to incorporate them into my care. I have a well-behaved medium labradoodle named Spruce who loves to play with other dogs. For walks and drop-ins further than a 2 mile radius from me, there will be a travel fee to get to you.

Information Courtney D. would like to know about your pet
- Does your dog have leash reactivity? - Is your dog timid or skittish? - How does your dog do with other dogs and humans, incl. kids? - Has your dog ever shown aggression? If so, what triggered him or her? - Are there any sounds or objects that your dog might react to? - Is there anything else I should know about your dog?
A typical day
I love to stimulate dogs mentally and physically. I'll make sure your dog gets exercise, and I'll play with toys and fetch with your dog.
