I have two large rescue dogs who are very particular and distrusting of people -- even people they know. Courtney has always been the exception to this rule for both of them. No matter how long has passed between visits, they immediately recognize her and are thrilled to see her. She has such a calm, reassuring nature with dogs that they immediately respond positively. I've seen Courtney interact with, care for, and love many different dogs over the past ten years. She always meets each dog where he/she is: never impatient, never expecting one dog to be the same as another, and always focusing on the dog's happiness and comfort. More importantly, Courtney knows that dog moms and dads know best for their pet. She is always respectful of routine, food restrictions/preferences, etc. She knows how to make dogs comfortable without spoiling them. Overall, Courtney's passion for dogs is unmatched. Dogs bring her joy, and she is committed to making sure to bring dogs that same joy in return. There's no one I would be more confident leaving my very difficult dogs with.
