Due to my love of animals and experience with having a variety of pets of my own I have been pet sitting and dog walking off and on since I was 13, which means a total of 20 years now. Besides my personal love for animals my career path has also been geared on animal care. I have 17 years of experience in animal care including: pet sitting, dog walking, kennel care, vet assistant, dog trainer, zoo keeper, exotic animal trainer and am currently am animal control officer. My wide range of experience allows for full service care. With me you can relax knowing that your beloved companion is in the hands of a loving professional animal care taker.

We love using Courtney as our dogs sitter. Baxter always come home tired. Lots of walks and playing for our dog. Great communication. Whenever we arrive at her house Baxter is excited and ready to play. I almost don't want to leave a review because I want her to be available for me all the time!
Courtney was spectacular. I was surprised Tanner even wanted to come home he had so much fun and was so welcomed. He can't wait for his next visit with his new friends.

She sent us photos and updates and tailored activities specifically to our dog's preferences/abilities. Where does your pooch like to go for walks? What is their walk preference (do they like leisurely stroll or a run)?
A typical day
My job is to make your pet companion as safe and comfortable as possible while they are in my charge. I am happy to meet the exercise needs of your canine friend to ensure they have a good walk, whether that be a casual stroll or a run. I have experience and education in positive reinforcement based training techniques and am happy to use those if that is incorporated into your canine's walks. Being that I have a dog myself I am very familiar with many walking paths and trails within the area that will best suit your pup's needs. During check ins I will ensure that the welfare and medical needs of your pets are fully addressed. I am happy to lovingly interact with you furry family member however they would like best, whether that be cuddles, pets, fetch, laser tag, etc.

I am currently a stay at home mom to my furry and non-furry children so I have a very flexible schedule! Providing consistency and being available to a client's animals needs are important for the well being of their beloved family members.
