Hello! My name is Cory, a doctor in Chicago! As an adolescent who grew up helping with my family's farm (with many dogs in the house) and now as an adult having trained and raised several dogs on my own, I have a wide breadth of experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, temperaments, and needs. I have a goldendoodle at home who is unanimously loved and revered as one of the best trained dogs at all the local dog parks! I am taking a two year break from working in the hospital to do research writing at my house. Thus, with the ample amount of free time I have at home, I would love to walk, visit, and open my house to your loved furry one for boarding. Walks: Will send you photo updates of how your dog is doing on the walk. I know nearly all the dog parks in most neighborhoods on the North and West sides of Chicago. Will walk in rain/snow/cold. Visits: As I mentioned, I grew up with several dogs in my house, I am well accustomed to giving medications, nurturing timid or anxious dogs, feeding picky eaters. Boarding: I have a dog-safe apartment with fencing in the front and back yard. There are several dog parks and beaches within a few minutes of me. I am always someone home to watch after your furry family member. As a doctor (anesthesiologist) I am trained to be empathetic, patient, warm, and adaptable to a multitude of personalities and situations.
