Pet care experience
I grew up around animals. I had been volunteering for the Eau Claire County Human Association (ECCHA) for about 1year before I finally adopted my 1st dog as an adult Harry Pawter home. He was such a great dog but unfortunately was an older guy with a lung tumor. After that I volunteered and fostered dogs for ECCHA until I moved to Rochester. I began fostering for Camp Companion shortly after moving to Rochester where I helped place 4 more dogs. After moving apartments in December 2021 I decided to no longer fostering but still love to play with my furry friends.

Cortney is awesome! I was nervous having to find another sitter besides the 2 I normally use to watch Hazel but they weren’t available and needed someone. I saw Cortney’s profile & thought she’d be perfect. Had her come over prior to meet Hazel & show her around house. She stayed at my house for 5 days & kept the house in good shape, even washed her bedding & gave Hazel a bath! Very much recommend Cortney.
I highly recommend Cortney. This was my first time using her but she went above and beyond for my dogs while I was visiting my family in other states over the holidays. She sent daily updates which always made my day and put my mind at ease. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to watch my pups. She’s amazing!

Availability
I currently work full time but have fairly flexible yet consistent schedule. I work 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday and I work from home generally Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I enjoy going for walks and spending time outside especially with the nice weather. It is required dogs be able to be crated(at my home) when I leave per my landlord.
