Animals are some of the best friends you can have. I love animals, which is why I can't really even think of a time in my life I wasn't around some type of animal: dog, cat, horse, exotic bird. Any time someone has needed someone to watch their pet, I would jump at the chance to. One friend's dog in particular, was very sick and needed to be let out frequently and given medication, which was not a problem for me. I actually stayed longer to comfort her and just wanted to be with her. I am Pet CPR and First Aid certified. I have experience in house sitting dogs, cats, and birds (the two I rescued were a Cockatoo and an African Grey). Pet sitting to me includes walking, feeding, and changing boxes and cages if need be. I love animals and have adopted 6 myself, 2 of which I rehabilitated and provided them with a close to perfect home to continue to grow up in. Animals have taught me patience, kindness, understanding, and to love unconditionally.
