They are always so nice, and respond so fast. Our puppy always comes home happy and with no issues.

This experience was not good for us. We let them know that the dog door must remained locked when they were not here as our dog will howl all night - I woke up to several angry texts from neighbors because the ladies left the dpg door unlocked overnight. When we got home at 1:30 a.m., we found our back door unlocked, an old, dried unine puddle that the dogs had walked through, and our floors covered with drip spots and dried and crusty shoe prints from something that we still cannot figure out what it was. Needless to say, I was not happy have to mop my floors at 2 a.m. We did appreciate that they returned for an unscheduled visit when the dogs did not poo at their scheduled visit time. These young ladies are very sweet, but they didn't respect our home and the reasons we hired them.
