Pet care experience
From my first dog (retired Greyhound racer) to a Boxer with valley fever, to cats that rule the house, I have had a spectrum of experience with loving and caring for animals! I believe in their innocence and loyalty to loving their humans, and it's a bond that I have always thrived off of. Please be assured that my goal is to keep your dog or cat comfortable and happy, along with providing you peace of mind. I have experience with all different living situations and adapt well to pets and their lifestyle, so any special needs or routines can be accommodated regardless if they are indoor or outdoor activities. Activities may include a walk through your local park or neighborhood, or some play time with your pets' favorite toy. I work and live in a central part of town, so I have easy access to most areas. I have a consistent full time job, so my times of availability rarely change. I love to garden and spend time outside, as well as snuggling indoors so whether you have a pup that needs some running around or a kitty that wants a good lap I'm here for it!

I trust and believe in an animals natural instincts and behaviors. This means that I operate with a lot of patience (there's a reason that shoe was chewed up or that one spot keeps getting peed on!) and a lot of understanding. Most of the time, pets just need some consistency and reassurance. I utilize a lot of training techniques for pets that need some direction, or just good ol' empathy and love to get them through their day.

I have no breed preferences, I am a true dog-lover. Some dogs are more comfortable with lots of cuddling and play time, while some might like to be left to do their thing, as long as there's a human around:)
A typical day
Most pets, especially dogs, have their favorite things they like to do! Whether its a walk through the neighborhood, throwing their favorite ball in the yard, or just sitting with them so they have company I love connecting in any way they wish. Anything that can help break up their day when they're away from their human is what I strive to provide.

Availability
I work in the school system, so my schedule is very consistent. Late afternoon and evenings are available during the week and weekends are fully available. There are lots of holiday breaks throughout the year, so there are lots of times where I can be useful all day during the week!
