Before I was born my parents had a dog, Pooh, named after Winnie the Pooh. Our dog was like family to us and since he lived to be 19 years old, he was a significant part of my childhood. I can remember as a little girl, referring to him as my brother and since I only had a little sister, I enjoyed calling him my big brother. I believe this is where my true love of dogs and all animals began. It was almost embedded in me to be such a huge animal lover. Since then, I have had 5 rescue dogs that have all been my babies that I would do anything for. I’ve volunteered with several rescue groups and have never been able to turn a blind eye to an animal in need. I can’t think of a better way to earn money while getting to spend time with animals that I love. As a dog walker, I would treat every dog as if it is my own and give him or her the most love, care, and dedication possible.
