Pet care experience
I have over three years experience working with animals, from working at a boarding facility, a no kill animal rescue, and now at the city animal shelter. I also grew up with cattle, goats, sheep, and chickens so I'm more than comfortable helping out with livestock. My partner, Aryn, also helps out with clients when needed. She has five years experience from previously working at a boarding facility and a breeder. I have always used a fear free approach with animals and understand each animal is totally unique. When your fur baby stays with us rest assured they will be treated like one of our own. Dogs must be house and crate trained for daycare and boarding.

I have a fenced in yard for off leash play. I have a two year old very friendly mix available for play dates after initial meet and greet. Dogs are always double leashed on walks for additional safety. Animal first aid kit on hand in case of minor injuries. Comfortable with all ages, sizes, breeds, and most medical needs. I believe your pets deserve to feel safe and loved.

Vaccinations for boarding and daycare guests must be up to date. Dogs must be crate and house trained for daycare and boarding as I rent and have upstairs neighbors to be considerate of. Comfortable giving medications (pills and injections).
A typical day
I am well versed in dogs mental stimulation needs as well as physical. I love to get a dogs brain working wether it’s a lickmat, sniffari, or a puzzle toy. I also love to go hiking and explore the local canyons. My whole day is spent making sure your companions are comfortable, satisfied, and enriched.

Availability
I currently work part time early mornings, most often available by 10 AM - 1230 pm. Saturdays I work a double so I am out 4am-4pm, but my partner cares for in home guests and can assist with pickups/dropoffs. Schedule may vary. Flexible and willing to accommodate as much as possible!
