Thank you for considering me to care for your pet! I have owned multiple dogs throughout my life, all with individually unique behavioural, medical, and energy needs. My first job was dog walking and dog sitting for neighbours. I am experienced with, and confident caring for, a broad range of needs and would be happy to meet with you and your pet to see if we would be a good fit.

I cannot endorse Corie’s services enough! She was absolutely wonderful! It is always hard to leave your pup with someone new but she took the time to meet Nash and I prior to our booking and made sure we were both comfortable with her. Throughout the day she sent me pictures and updates and made sure I was at ease. I will 100% be booking weekly with Corie and would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for per care!

Corie has cared for our pets on several occasions. At this point we think our cat and our dog love her more than us! She is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and often takes the initiative to provide extra care to our animals when they need it. Corie cares for our animals as much as we do, they came back to us calm and happy. She is great with both our cat and dog, keeps us updated regularly and keeps them stimulated and safe. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Corie as a pet caregiver to other pet parents, and I have recommended her to friends previously.
Corie is a wonderful petsitter! She regularly takes care of my dogs and they are always so excited to see her! She is very responsive and flexible and I cannot recommend her enough!

For walking dogs, I am happy to provide dogs with up to three walks a day, if that is what they need. From a short conversation with you I can determine how to walk your dog specifically. For example, if they are okay at dog parks, busy areas, or if I should avoid other dogs or children, as some dogs are unpredictable around certain demographics. For pet sitting, I will constantly check in with your pet to see what kind of care they need. If they require a lot of walks, time playing, or time alone I will accommodate. I can feed them at the schedule you set for them. My account says dogs are not allowed on furniture, however, I prefer to work with what you enforce at home. I can enforce a no furniture rule if they're used to that, but I don't mind pets on furniture if that is what is allowed in your home.

I have experience with dogs who were friendly with everyone, dogs who did not like being approached by anyone, and dogs in the middle. I am confident I can keep your pet safe, but I would appreciate knowing their general behavioural needs prior to working with them.
A typical day
I target my pet care to your pets specific needs. I can provide a lot of physical activity to them if needed with multiple walks per day and playing fetch if they enjoy it. I have a fenced yard where we can run around off leash and play together. I also value the importance of mental stimulation and can incorporate it into pet care. There is a dog park near me we can explore together. I also have a vehicle that I can use to get to more exciting walk locations as well.

Availability
I work from home most days of the week. I go into the office on Mondays and Thursdays. I have flexible work hours and am able to take the time needed to look after your pet during the day. For boarding dogs and depending on their activity needs, I will take them on walks in the morning, at lunch, and after work. I can take shorter breaks throughout the workday to attend to your pets needs as well (shorter potty breaks, short play sessions, etc.). I live close to a dog park, and can bring your pet there, if appropriate. After work I can commit more time to playing and working with your pets, giving them my full attention if they need it.
