I have grown up with dogs of all sizes! Due to my lifelong experience I am very comfortable around dogs. The first dog my husband and I owned was a black lab/German Shephard mix named Zeke, he passed away about 5 years ago. He was a great at walking on a leash!! About 4 years ago my family rescued a Yorkie/Westie mix, Alf. He is a MUCH smaller dog with a much slower pace at walking on a leash! We absolutely adore him and his BIG personality! Throughout the years I have dog sat, walked, and cared for the dogs of friends, family, and neighbors. Each pet has their own personality, just like we do! I like to figure out what they like, don't like, and what generally makes them happy! Even on vacation, my husband and I took care of a "potcake" for a few hours! We got to help socialize, walk and give love to this sweet puppy while it waited to be adopted! Your dog is an important member of your family! I will continue that love and care while walking your dog!
