I've always grown up with pets (my parents had dogs before they ever had me! haha) so taking care of animals is second nature to me. Ever since I was a kid, my sister and I were responsible for feeding, cleaning, walking our dogs (and yes cleaning up their poops too). I'm not shy about all the responsibilities that go into looking after animals. I enjoy it a lot actually! I miss being around animals, spending time with them, and taking care of them -- so Rover seemed like a great opportunity to turn that into something positive. Throughout my life, I've had a wide variety of dogs under my care. I've had little dogs, medium dogs, and big dogs. Smart ones, goofy ones, and grumpy ones. From a breeder and from a shelter. Young and senior, as well as with mobility issues. So no matter the dog, I am comfortable with being able to meet their needs with care and attention.
