I've trained and cared for a Saint Bernard for the past four years, as well as walked and dog-sat for family members, neighbors, and friends on numerous occasions. Walking dogs isn't a job for me, it's a hobby!

Connor is a spectacular pet caregiver. He has a lot of experience taking care of animals of all shapes and sizes, and with every animal he is kind, loving, and gentle. He always feeds pets on time/when needed, takes them on walks, plays with them, and gives them lots of love. He's attentive to each pet's unique needs, and is always thinking about how he can make them feel more comfortable and loved. I trust him with my pets and highly recommend him as a pet caregiver for others!

As mentioned in the "typical day" section, my plan for walking or checking in on your dog will greatly vary depending on his/her energy level and age. Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to make you feel more comfortable knowing your dog is being taken care of!
A typical day
For very high-energy dogs that have the stamina for it, I would love to take them for a run or a long walk along the coast, and maybe even make a stop at Montrose Beach. For lower-energy dogs, depending on the neighborhood, I would make sure to take them on a path that ensures they won't be too worn out by the end of the trip. I also know some good dog parks in most areas that could serve as a way for your dog to roam without wearing him/herself out.

I still have a few weeks before I start my full-time job here in Chicago, so I have plenty of time to give your pet all of the attention that he/she deserves! I'm available for walks (of any length), drop-ins, or anything else you may need to ensure that your pet is properly cared for while you are gone!
